System Tune-up Needed?

Because your computer’s health can affect your internet connection, we offer computer tune-ups for our internet customers with a Windows XP or newer operating system on their computer.

Simply call us and let us know you need a tune-up. Then you can bring in your laptop & power supply or if it is a desktop: just the computer's "tower" (we do not need the monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.). Most of the time we will need to keep it for a few days due to job scheduling or to order and receive parts.

We will look at how fast your system runs and make cleanups as necessary to make it work as fast as it can with the processor and memory you have. We will make sure you have the latest Anti-Virus software and that your system is free of known viruses. We'll check your machine for traces of Adware /Spyware. When you pick your computer back up we'll give you an info sheet to take home with basic tips and recommendations for maintaining optimal performance.

Our shop support is available at $73 per hour plus parts and software.
