| We
process all our credit card transactions over the internet, so when
we have a problem with our connection we can’t afford to wait
days for service. We’ve had very few problems since we switched
to Methownet.com; it’s comforting to know that when we do, somebody
will be there right away to fix it. |

I’ve
had other internet service providers - all much bigger. None of them
gave me the attention and service that methownet.com has consistently
given.
Methownet.com is a big reason why I believe in ‘buying local’.
Where else can you find that level of commitment? |

| We
wouldn't be able to achieve the complex electronic communications
that we must have to do business without Jeff Hardy and Medicine Wheel.
They are awesome! |

| I
wanted to send an extra "thank you" and give high praise
to Erik for coming down to Tom's Fix-It Shop today to fix our failed
networking system following my call for help. Erik was quick, efficient
and calm -- we couldn't ask for better service!!! . . . all within
an hour of placing a call to you folks. Thank you all so much for
being such a great service company! |

I
just want to say a few good things about doing business locally
with your company:I have been using your company for over a year
and a half and it has been a great work relationship for me. You
have been very helpful with tech support, from computers, software,
or just plain internet related problems any time I call. With my
business, I am on the computer all day looking at websites. Your
up and down load speeds are very fast and my job would be a nightmare
with out them!
I just want
to say good job and keep it up. |

I've
been meaning to send you an e-mail to thank you for the price
reduction (we reduced our costs from $49/month to $39). I just got
my bank statement, saw the deduction for Medicine Wheel, and decided
to jump on thanking you while I'm thinking of it! It's not often
a business says - we can do this - without lots of other fanfare.
Thanks. We are very happy with our service. Being linked to the
internet has been great for me. I love the solitude at our cabin,
but being able to stayed connected with family and friends on a
regular basis is wonderful.
Thanks again
- you guys are great, and I love doing business with neighbors! |

| The
high speed access is wonderful and I recommend it to everyone. It
actually makes the Web “accessible”. Thanks for all your
help in setting up this new connection with the world. It is FAST! |

| Just
now, while visiting the methownet website, my eyes and mind turned
to see the beauty and grace you've brought to your work: the site
is attractive, colored with good humor and the diverse and delightful
personalities of my friends at methownet/medicine wheel. Your presence
online is very much like a great storefront in town: an inviting place
built by people I admire for their creativity, stick-to-itiveness,
funny bones, and service. Its elegant, in its workings as well as
appearance. Congratulations. Your combined efforts have created something
valuable and lasting for the rest of us. |

| A
quick note. Been 2-weeks or so since we signed up with you and it
has been 2-weeks of mail without spam and dial-up connections that
stay connected. We really appreciate the good service you bring to
the Internet connectivity experience. It's a pleasure doing business
with you. |

| I
recently was in the market for an internet service provider and wanted
to patronize a local business. Of course I couldn’t resist the
logo with their business mascot, Hoonah, so I contacted Maria at Medicine
Wheel Graphics. I decided to go with a highspeed wireless internet
service installed by the folks at Medicine Wheel and I couldn’t
be happier with the system. What a treat to have a group of tech wiz-kids,
who are customer friendly and very tolerant of folks like me (who
will never be described a “techies”), that ask a lot of
dumb questions. Their support has been great! Thanks to Maria, Jeff,
Joe and Larry. |

| I
am delighted to be part of Hoonahnet and can't stop giggling about
my internet connection. I went to download an update that said would
take 139 minutes (last week). I started it - got a cup of tea, and
it was done when I got back. Less than 3 minutes. Yesterday I loaded
the satellite weather loop that helps me plan what I'm doing during
the day. Usually 5 minutes, now 5 seconds. And of course - now I'm
not on the phone while I'm on the net. You are geniuses! |
